Welcome to BRIXK LABS! By accessing our website, booking studio time, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our studio or services.
1. Studio Services Overview
BRIXK LABS provides professional studio space, industry-grade podcasting and video equipment, and technical assistance to creators, brands, and businesses. All services are subject to availability and these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Advance Payment: All studio sessions must be secured with a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
- Confirmation: Your session is only confirmed once payment is received.
- Additional Time: Any time exceeding your reserved slot will be billed at our standard hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
3. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking at no extra cost, based on availability.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, the full booking fee is non-refundable.
4. Equipment Damage Policy
All clients are expected to treat BRIXK LABS’ space and equipment with care.
- You are financially responsible for any damage, misuse, or negligence that results in repair or replacement costs for studio property, including but not limited to: microphones, cameras, cables, lighting, and furniture.
- Studio staff will perform an equipment check before and after each session to document the condition of all gear.
- Clients will be notified immediately of any detected damages.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking and using BRIXK LABS facilities, you agree to the following:
- You assume full responsibility for your personal belongings and equipment.
- You acknowledge that any creative or physical activities undertaken during your session are done at your own risk.
- BRIXK LABS, its owners, and its staff are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage during the use of our studio space or equipment, except in cases of proven negligence by BRIXK LABS.
- You agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions while on the premises.
6. Content Ownership
All content created in BRIXK LABS remains your intellectual property.
We will never access, use, distribute, or share your content without your written consent.
7. Studio Conduct
To maintain a professional and welcoming environment:
- No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the premises.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of your session.
- Any minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By booking or using our services, you consent to this data usage.
9. Changes to Services & Terms
We reserve the right to adjust services, pricing, equipment availability, or these Terms at any time. Updates will always be posted on our website.
